OUR HISTORY
Westbrook has been in operation for over 50 years. The greenhouse systems division began when Bill Vermeer, a grower himself, couldn’t find the product on the market that he wanted. So he made his own. That ingenuity attracted others, and over the years we’ve welcomed many others who have “grown up” in the industry. Understanding every part of this business – from commercial growers to nurseries to retail outlets – naturally helps us manufacture exceptional products that make sense.
Westbrook Systems includes an 80,000 sq. ft. state of the art manufacturing facility with offices, conveniently located in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula. Our additional Westbrook facilities include two commercial greenhouse ranges with total production area of thirty acres, a corporate head office and floral distribution centre. In addition to shipping Westbrook products, our distribution centre services many local growers. Floral products are delivered on a daily basis to all points in Canada as well as the U.S.A.

The leadership team at Westbrook Systems Consists of Andrew Mahood, Jack Smit, Randy Vermeer, , Kristin Reynolds, Ray Bryer, and Andrew Hoover. Our team brings legacy experience and industry experience to the table. From tenured employees to next generation staff, we have a company with its roots deep in the floral industry. Taking industry knowledge and expanding across the North American landscape we have grown significantly. With determination and motivation, we work tirelessly to ensure commitment to our customers success. None of this would be possible without our people looking after your needs.
